學習研究經曆

2005年畢業于華中科技大學獲光學工程博士學位,隨後赴新加坡國立大學從事微電子(光電子)機械系統(MEMS/MOEMS)技術領域的研究工作,曆任研究員和高級研究員。現爲新加坡科技局微電子研究院研究員、項目負責人(PI),同時擔任新加坡國立大學機械工程系客座助理教授。

一直从事基于MEMS/MOEMS技术新型功能器件(诸如微型扫描仪、微型光谱仪、微型摩擦测量仪、微型可调光阑、可变焦透镜及微型超声波器件等)的设计、制备工艺、封装测试及其系统应用方面的研究工作,同时也开展新型光学仪器和光学检测技术方面的研究。近年在Applied Physics Letters (APL)、Optics Express (OE)、Optics Letters (OL)、Sensors and Actuators B (SNB)、IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems (JMEMS)、IEEE Journal of selected topic on quantum electronics及Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering (JMM)等相关领域的国际、国内核心期刊上发表论文60余篇(SCI 40余篇),其中第一作者40余篇(含SCI 29篇),撰写一書本章節并多次在相关领域国际会议上宣讲研究成果。作为核心成员申请和获授权国内、国际专利8项(1项中国专利,7项美国专利),其中两项专利成功获得商业转让,现正进行相关产品的开发。同时长期担任十余种国内、国际期刊的特邀审稿人。作为主要负责人成功获得国家自然科学基金资助,主持或参与多个研究项目,包括国家自然科学基金、新加坡教育部基金、新加坡国家研究基金、新加坡科技局项目。

Yu Hongbin obtained Ph.D degree in Optical Engineering in 2005 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and subsequently joined the Micro/Nano System Initiative (MNSI) lab in National University of Singapore, mainly focusing on the R&D of MEMS/MOEMS technology (such as micro scanner, micro spectrometer, micro tribometer, micro tunable iris and tunable liquid lens etc). He shifted to Institute of Microelectronics on 2012, and is currently a principal investigator, leading the technical development of micro ultrasonic devices as well as their applications.

Till now, he has published over 60 peer review journal papers and one book chapter, and held 1 Chinese and 7 US patents. As project leader and core member, he has successfully obtained funding from various agencies as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Singapore Ministry of Education, Singapore National Research Funding and A*star.

He has also been invited as reviewer for various journals such as Optics Express, Optical Letters, Journal of micromechanics and microengineering, Journal of Optics A: Pure and Applied Optics, Applied Optics, Microfluidics and Nanofluidics, Sensors and Actuators A etc.

His research interest lies in the development of novel devices based on MEMS/MOEMS technology as well as their system level application, silicon based/polymer based microfabrication technology, novel medical diagnosis/treatment technology, optofluidic technology, optoelectronic detection technology and application of functional materials.
